DANCE PRICES 'AT THE DOOR' - Please note that if we reach capacity, pass holders will be prioritized.
Drop in Classes (space permitting) - $30 per class
Spectator Pass at Century competitions from 5-7pm are $10 per day (lecture not included)
Afternoon lectures are available for a drop in cost of $15 per lecture and will include competition viewing after the lecture

PAYMENT PLAN
We are offering payment plans in order to make the event more accessible for those who prefer to break the total due into multiple payments for budget purposes. You can choose the Paypal payment option when you check out.
LEGAL POLICIES
CANCELLATION POLICY
There are no refunds or pass transfers, however, you will receive a full credit for the following Camp Jitterbug.
Any cancellations due to COVID, illness or direct exposure 2 weeks or sooner before the event will be refunded (minus PayPal fees) or credited. If our COVID policy changes and you are no longer able to attend due to the policy changes, a refund (minus PayPal fees) or credit will be honored. If you request a refund, please consider donating a portion of your cancelled pass. Camp Jitterbug is a community organization that can only remain sustainable with your support.
Please email us at campjitterbug@gmail.com with "Camp Jitterbug Cancellation" in the subject line to request a refund or credit. If we do not receive an email at least 48 hours before the event (other than last minute COVID related cancelations) and you do not show up, a refund or credit will not be provided.
COVID SAFETY POLICY
By clicking this box and registering for Camp Jitterbug 2023, I agree to follow all rules and protocols regarding the COVID safety policy which can be found at www.campjitterbug.com/code-of-conduct. All COVID protocols are subject to change since this is an evolving pandemic. By checking this box, I agree to follow all updated safety protocols listed on the web page as of the start date of the event. A full refund (minus PayPal fees if paid via credit cared) or credit will be provided to the attendee in the event of a cancellation before the event due to COVID related exposure, infection or inability to be able to follow changes to the updated policy. By checking this box, you understand that there is risk in attending Camp Jitterbug and you will not hold Camp Jitterbug or any of its staff liable for contracting COVID 19 or any illness. There is an inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 in any public space where people are present. By redeeming tickets and attending Camp Jitterbug, you agree that entry is at your own risk and you voluntarily and expressly assume all risks associated with entry. Camp Jitterbug has put in place policies and preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19, but cannot guarantee that exposure to or infection with COVID-19 will not occur while at the event. CODE OF CONDUCT
At Camp Jitterbug, we want everyone to enjoy celebrating this beautiful dance in a safe and welcoming environment. Please be respectful of other people and be mindful of their feelings and personal space. If we or someone observes past or present behavior that we, in our sole discretion, believes is inappropriate, you will be asked to leave and/or not allowed to attend the event and you will not receive a refund. Many photos and videos are taken during Camp Jitterbug. Photos and/or Videos taken by Camp Jitterbug may be used for promotional/business related purposes without compensation.
